Transformer transport from China to Finland

We successfully handled the transport of a large transformer weighing 88,500 kg and measuring 660 x 300 x 400 cm for a customer. In addition, several accessories were shipped in containers (4 x 40' HC and 1 x 20' tank) from Shanghai to Finland.

The combination of strict time constraints with binding deadlines and break bulk loading onto a container ship was particularly challenging. This meant that oversized goods and container freight had to be precisely coordinated to avoid delays in handling or transport.

Through detailed planning, close coordination between all parties involved, and the coordinated integration of heavy-duty and container freight, the entire transport was completed on time and in accordance with specifications. This project demonstrates our expertise in reliably implementing complex heavy-duty transports, even under time pressure.
